We take pride our level of boiler servicing offered and always aim to ensure your boiler continues to operate as efficiently as possible and will always provide honest advice and guidance as necessary during our service visit.

We will commence our service with a visual inspection of your boiler to ensure that the installation is compliant to existing regulations and appropriate standards, this being a requirement of the Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations 1998, please remember we are Gas Safe Registered and by law only Gas Safe Registered engineers are allowed to work on any gas appliance and or installation. 

As we the commence your boiler service it will usually be necessary to remove the boiler casing and check that all seals and internal components are in a safe & good condition, we will clean & remove any debris as part of the service and perform integrity checks on the boiler flue and where possible check that the outside flue termination remains safe & secure.

During the service should we establish that there are any components that require replacement we will advise you accordingly and provide the necessary quotation to replace and or repair, this may depending on parts availability require a return visit to complete which would of course be arranged within your availability and would be at an additional cost.

We will always aim to provide you with a view on the level of servicing that may be required for the years ahead in the hope that this will allow you to budget accordingly, we understand that nobody likes unexpected surprises at the time of an annual boiler service and our aim is to allow you to better understand your boilers needs.

Once we have serviced your boiler, we will set up records and will contact you to remind you when your annual service is due prior to the due date the following year so long as your would like us to do this for you.
